Major project was the design and construction of a Stop & Shop Supermarket in Medford, Long Island.
Involved in numerous residential and small commercial projects including both new construction and additions.
Handled projects from the design phase through field measurements, code review, including New York State Building
& Energy Code compliance, and working drawings
Project Manager, Clark Patterson Associates, Newburgh, NY April 2001 - September 2003
Clark Patterson Associates provides design and architecture services to state, local, municipal and private clients.
Newburgh office employed 25 and was part of a team of 225 design professionals in four states.
Managed projects such as additions at two high schools, major renovation work at seven school buildings, and athletic
field reconstruction work for two school districts, with budgets ranging from $300,000 up to $5 million.
Performed project management duties for educational architecture projects, including estimating, programming, bidding,
contracts, submittals, attending job progress meetings, coordinating change orders, payment applications, punchlists, closeout,
project invoicing, and construction inspection.
Prepared construction documents for bidding, including writing complete specification manuals in the CSI format.
