Non-architectural experience includes eight years of all phases within the food service business

Highlights of Qualifications:
  • Prepare and develop all phases of construction documents, which include structural analysis, code review, specifications, and detailing for commercial and residential projects.
  • Assist with construction observations and administrations by attending job meetings, reporting on status of work completed for payment, and coordinate documentation that clarifies site conditions.
  • Generate graphic marketing presentations packages for clients review and purpose by use of PhotoShop, color renderings, and digital 3D modeling.

1996 - 2002 / May 2004 - Present as Project Manager
  • Responsible for all phases of projects including pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiations, and construction administrations.
  • Assist with identifying project goals through interviews with users, occupants, and owners; establish space area requirements; research documents, organize and produce resulting program documentation or master plans.
  • Represent the firm and clients at Planning and Zoning Board meetings.
  • Develop and maintain the firm’s drafting standards and quality control for the production of construction documentation.
  • Prepare scope of work and outline project requirements to other draftsman within the office after schematic phase has been resolved for commercial and residential projects.
  • Practice and incorporate green construction aspects within all projects.
  • Assist architect with outlining proposals, defining time lines and deliverables for various project types.
  • Manage outside design consultants and contractors working on construction project.
     
Lauer Manguso and Associate Architects. 2003 - 2004 as Draftsman
  • Develop construction documents for large-scale commercial construction. Coordinate   and direct multiple construction trades such as electricians, plumbers, and mechanical, in order to develop working drawings.
  • Analyze and design varies parking and building configurations within local zoning requirements for commercial projects.
Scott Dutton Associates. Summer 2003  as Draftsman
  • Develop detailed wall sections and interior elevations.
  • Construct built-in furniture and cabinetry details.
  • Design interior layouts for residential projects with general direction from architect.
David Clouser and Associates. 2002 - 2003 as Draftsman
  • Develop site plans specific to parking, soil erosion, sewer and other miscellaneous site details.
  • Research materials, products, and equipment for use in various projects.
  • Research building codes and zoning requirements.
