            Responsible for managing all phases of projects, from pre-design through to construction.

            Integral in maintaining client relations.

            Develop graphical and analytical elements for Visual Impact Studies.

            Creation of 3D models for use in marketing, massing studies, and environmental analysis.

            Perform parking analysis in concert with the maintenance of green space to elaborate the feasibility of client’s project, in compliance with local ordinances.

            Responsible for the implementation of Revit Architecture 2009 into the office.

            Develop and maintain all marketing materials, including Alfandre Architecture portfolio, presentation boards, company logo, professional competition entries, newspaper and periodical ads.

            Work on submittals in response to Requests for Proposals.
