The design phase for the renovation of an existing pre-engineered steel building into a
mix-use modern retail facility is nearly complete.
The existing 10,500 square foot building is located on South Putt Corners Road
 in the Town of New Paltz, New York.
At this time the project will consists of six 2,500 square foot retail spaces on two floors.
