We have designed a 12,000 sq. ft., three story addition to the Borden Family Mansion.
The School of Practical Philosophy currently owns the property and is using it as its country retreat.
The addition is to be constructed at the west end of the building.
It will include a covered porch, meeting room for 150 occupants, dining room, kitchen, public bathrooms, elevator, stairway and mechanical space.
