This concept drawing illustrates two separate buildings:
1) The Town Offices and Town Hall with Community Center Below
2) Sheriff's Offices and Town Court Facilities.
The design is affordable, is expandable in the future, avoids conflict between uses,
maintains security and control while allowing maximum public use of the Town Hall, and creates a public outdoor space.
