The Bakery, New Paltz, NY
The Bakery expansion was a difficult project in many ways, but Rick and his
staff were able to come up with great solutions for each problem that we encountered.
We had a very restricted site, we were in a NYS designated fire district, we
had a limited budget, and we were not willing to close down our business during
construction.
The Bakery is a busy place. We were serving over 300 customers a day when construction
began. By working closely with our contractor, Rick was able to keep us open
on all but one day. We did not lose any business during the five-month construction
project.
